✅ Returns Eligibility

We accept return or refund requests only under the following conditions:

Wrong Item Delivered – If the item delivered is different from what you ordered.

Damaged or Spoiled Product – If the product is spoiled, foul-smelling, or not in edible condition upon delivery.

Missing Items – If part of your order was not delivered or is missing.

Incorrect Quantity – If the delivered quantity is significantly different (beyond ±5%) from what was billed.

Returns Not Accepted For

Change of mind after delivery

Partially consumed or used products

Minor weight variations (within ±5%)

Items returned without valid reason or past the allowed return window

Return Request Timeframe

All return or refund requests must be raised within 2 hours of delivery.
Beyond this, we may not be able to accept claims due to the perishable nature of the products.

Full/Partial Refund

Store Credit or Coupon

Re-delivery (if feasible and agreed upon)

Refund Timeline

Refunds for online payments will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or UPI transfer.
