At Butchery, we are committed to delivering fresh, hygienic meat and seafood products safely and on time to your doorstep. This policy outlines our shipping timelines, delivery process, and other important details.

Serviceable Locations

We currently offer delivery in selected cities and areas. You can check service availability by entering your pincode during checkout or on the homepage.

Order Timings & Cutoff

  • Orders can be placed any day of the week (7 days).

  • Orders placed before 11:00 PM will be delivered the next day.

  • Orders placed after 11:00 PM will be scheduled for delivery the day after.

Delivery Slots

We offer fixed delivery slots to ensure timely and organized delivery. You can choose your preferred slot during checkout (subject to availability):

  • Morning: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM

  • Midday: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM

  • Evening: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Minimum Order & Delivery Charges

  • Minimum Order Value: ₹200

  • Free Delivery: On all orders of ₹200 or more

  • Orders Below ₹200: ₹40 delivery fee may apply (if approved by our team)

Packaging & Handling

  • All products are packed in hygienic, food-grade, temperature-controlled packaging.

  • We maintain the cold chain from our processing unit to your doorstep to ensure safety and freshness.

Missed Deliveries / Reattempts

If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, we will:

  • Attempt a second delivery the same day or next day, based on slot availability.

  • If not deliverable, the order may be cancelled and refunds issued as per our return policy.

Delays & Exceptions

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Unforeseen weather or traffic conditions

  • High order volume during festivals or holidays

  • Local restrictions or operational issues

We will notify you via SMS or call in case of any such delay.
